Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter March 26, 2024

I’ve had some family health issues going on that prevented me from getting out an issue Sunday. But today the Hot Finds is reloaded with all new auctions ready for a look.

Today I’m meeting with a lady who has her FIL’s collection from the 1920s. It is still amazing to me to get memorabilia that is 100 years old. This one includes his Eagle medal and she believes (might be family legend) he was the first Eagle in his county.

Next month I have back-to-back conclaves and the Charlotte TOR to start off May. Three weekends of patch trading fun that will include the chance to put on some displays. For the Charlotte show we have some other collectors that have volunteered to bring their frames and share with the Scouts and Scouters in attendance.

On eBay I have 251 live auctions running this week. This includes the 2nd 1920s Camp Linstead felt that I recently acquired.
