Friday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter April 10, 2020

This will be live on Facebook on my page and in the Scout Patch Collectors. Make sure you are registered (1 time only required) on my website and enable the system to send you messages so you can comment sold. As a refresher during the sale I will present items from a big OA collection one at a time and you can purchase them straight from the video.

Yesterday while inventorying patches I came across this gem that was in a box but not listed for sale. Dooh! Over the years I’ve had several employees and there is room for lots of human error to creep into my operation. So going through and inventorying each and every box is a healthy process. We have been tackling boxes all this week and that will likely continue through April.

Today my son is in the office with me. He is now out on spring break and he is going to help me sort 10 boxes of SAPs that I’ve had for a few years now. We are going to put them in order and start the scanning process. He gets $3 per box that we knock out together. I’m sure there is a new video game in his future!

For another week or so I’m still running a 19% off sale on thousands of items in my main Patchblanket store. Meanwhile the sale in my $5 patch store has everything marked down to $4 for a few more days if you want to check it out. My OApatch store is also running a sale. Can you see a pattern here!?

I may have mentioned my #coronaproject. When we moved into our house a couple of years ago the back yard had one of those cool backyard play grounds that are made of cedar. The only problem was my kids were a little too big for it and never really caught on. So we have spent the weekends (instead of camping, going to TORs etc) breaking it down and turning it into a new raised bed garden area. The first half got planted this week and over the Easter weekend we will finish the project. Stay safe and we will all get through this soon!
