I am working every day to get stuff ready for the Charlotte Trade-O-Ree. I went to my antique mall yesterday and pulled some stuff that I want to list in the silent auctions. I also started the hard reset of the booth trying to swap new items in and taking out some of the slow sellers.
I’ve been hearing from many friends in the hobby that they are making the trip to the show. It’s a bit like throwing a party – you send out lots of invitations and never quite know who will respond. But we have a core group of table renters including some new faces that I’m excited to welcome on Friday.
Tonight on eBay I have 2-dozen+ auctions ending among the 174 in total that I have live on the site. This continues to be exclusively OA flaps and issues.

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
