Today I’m sharing another episode from the archive. I recorded this interview early on in the podcast at the end of 2011 with John Pannell. In the episode he shares the story of how he took OAimages from a website with a few hundred images to one that got 40,000 hits per day. Even with it’s ups and downs over the last decade what we now know as OAinsignia.com is a vital resource.
The online resources in our hobby have largely replaced the books that many of us still have sitting on our shelves. I know I’ve turned all my projects into free downloads on my Shopify Store (go get them!) and there are many more that deserve to be scanned and shared. I have been using Paul Myers book on Rank Patches in color this week in the warehouse. Where can you find that for sale today? Hopefully Paul will add that to the family of websites he has built out for National Jamboree memorabilia.
On eBay I have 190 live auctions including many OA pieces. I have one of the crown jewels of a Lodge 243 collection up for bids.
