Tuesday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter June 07, 2022
As I’m now in the middle of my 5 weeks of summer camp the newsletter will get a little bit irregular going forward. This one is going out later in the day and lacks some of the banter. But rest assured all is well at camp and we are getting things ready for our campers to rock it.
I have 283 live listings on eBay this week. Thanks to my listing service I have auctions scheduled for the rest of this month to launch every day. Despite an eBay glitch yesterday my employee got everything shipped out today. So all is well!
Tonight I have some of my oldest Scout friends coming out to deliver training presentations to the staff. Chris McDuffie and Collin Crick agreed to come present to the staff on topics they are well versed in. For a timeline that is the lodge chief who preceded me in 1989 and the lodge chief who succeeded me in 1991. Yeah we Santee boys are all right!

I started collecting Boy Scout memorabilia when I was inducted into Santee Lodge 116, Order of the Arrow at Camp Coker in the summer of 1986. All the guys of ISWA chapter in Elk campsite seemed to be trading and since my dad sent me to camp with a small bag of patches, I jumped in and never looked back....
