Why am I asking collectors to preregister for a sale? The way the live video works is that as I’m going through the items as soon as I show you the item and state the item number whoever is first to comment that the item is SOLD then takes that patch off the shelf and puts it in their shopping cart. If you don’t register the system won’t recognize your comments and won’t hold anything you want.

If you want to take part in the sale either live at noon eastern in the Scout Patch Collectors Facebook Group or as a replay later all you have to do is watch the video on Facebook. I know that noon is not a convenient time for working folks returning after a holiday but this first live sale video is a test run with 80 items for sale. If it works then I’ll try and schedule a PM video and tell you about it in the Tuesday Hot Finds.

I am using the name Scout Patch Live because this new service ties into my existing ScoutPatchHQ.com website. So the thought was ScoutPatchLive.com describes what it is pretty well. As I get in new collections my goal is to have an unboxing live that combines this new selling feature. So when you see the items come out of the box you are welcome to claim them right away. That will be the really fun part! Being able to instantly recycle collections back into the hobby!

If you have followed my patch business for a while then you already know I’m always trying to see what new technology or strategy I can use.
