Sunday Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter December 4, 2022

Well, I did indeed spend Friday working on my collections. I got all my North Carolina OA rehung on the wall and did a giant dump sort of all my spoof patches. For years I have put all the spoofs that I’ve traded for or got in collections in a tub. So Friday I sorted out all my dupes and offered them up on Facebook where most were quickly claimed by other collectors. I discovered there are a few classic sets I don’t have but now I’ll start mounting them in a portfolio so I can keep track of what I have and share.

 

Through a little glitch in my listing service, I’m going to be starting almost 200 auctions tonight. I have about 100 that failed to launch this week so that glitch is fixed and that’s on top of the other ones I had ready to go. There are a couple of really nice pieces in there including a PA Air Explorer uniform.

 

Because of my glitch, I only have 150 live auctions on eBay right now. My typical plan is to have 25 ending every night with a big bunch closing on Sunday. I’ll be back to that plan script this week.
